Since that year, annual Social Security raises have averaged 4.1 percent. Analysts say next year’s increase will be small because consumer prices, as measured by the government, have stayed relatively flat in the past year.

HUNNAM DROPS OUT OF FIFTY SHADES OF GREY
The producers of Fifty Shades of Grey are going back to the drawing board. On Saturday it was announced that Sons of Anarchy’s Charlie Hunnam dropped out of the much-anticipated film. The actor was expected to play the lead role of Christian Grey opposite Dakota Johnson, as Anastasia Steele. Producers claimed he bailed on the project due to his “immersive TV schedule which is not allowing him time to adequately prepare for the role.” But some insiders doubt that excuse is true, since many believe his TV schedule would have been worked out way before he signed on for the project.
DOUGLAS LIED ABOUT CANCER
Michael Douglas has admitted he lied when he told the public he had battled throat cancer. In reality he had tongue cancer, and fibbed at the recommendation of his doctor. “The surgeon said, ‘Let’s just say it’s throat cancer.’ I said ‘OK, you don’t want to say it’s tongue cancer?… Why’s that?’ and he said, ‘Well, if you really want to know why, if we do have to have surgery it’s not going to be pretty. You’ll lose part of you jaw and your tongue and all of that stuff,’” Douglas told Samuel L. Jackson during a UK TV show interview. So the actor decided to stick with the lie to avoid having to talk to reporters about the possibility of losing part of his face.

The couple first met in 2011 on the set of the ABC series, but Dallas was married at the time. Still, Ginnifer said she felt an “immediate connection when they met,” although they remained “just friends.” Dallas split from his wife in fall 2011, and a source says, “it was then that his connection to Ginnifer deepened and they fell in love." Shia LaBouf was attacked in London last week after he tried to videotape a woman vomiting on the street. According to The Sun, the 27-year-old Transformers star was visiting Leicester Square when he began filming Ash Nawaz and her sister Isis, while hey were throwing up on the street. When they objected to his filming, and he refused to stop, a passerby came to their defense and punched Shia and kicked him in the groin. Eventually bouncers at a nearby club separated the pair, and Shia was able to get away. Ironically, Ash says had she known it was the actor it would have all turned out differently. “I only realized it was Shia after he'd been beaten up,” she told the paper. “If I'd known, I'd have let him film me as much as he liked. I have a massive crush on him.”

MILEY CLOSES CHAPTER ON LIAM RELATIONSHIP
Miley Cyrus opened up about her recent split from fiancé Liam Hemsworth during Friday’s Ellen DeGeneres show. “People spend more time thinking about it than I do,” she told Ellen about the breakup. “I believe when a chapter is done, you have to close it and start that new one.” Miley adds that she’s been so busy promoting her new album Bangerz she hasn’t had much time to dwell on her unhappy love life. “I have so much to be thankful for at this time that my energy hasn’t really been focused on that,” she explained. She also insists she’s okay being on her own. “I really am genuinely happy … finally with myself, which I think sometimes it takes separating yourself from someone else to really be happy with who you are," she says, adding, "I've never been able to be alone, and I'm obsessed with being alone and hearing my thoughts."

KRIS & BRUCE SPLIT NOT AMICABLE
While Kris and Bruce keep telling the press their separation is amicable, a source close to Bruce says they’re lying. The unnamed insider tells Radaronline the split has turned nasty, and Bruce barely talks to his estranged spouse. “The separation isn’t amicable…it’s all PR spin that they aren’t going to get divorced,” claims the source. “Bruce only talks to Kris when he absolutely has to and it’s only about the girls (Kendall and Kylie).” Adds the insider, “He can’t stand her and Kris thinks Bruce is boring….America needs to stop drinking the Kardashian Kool-Aid!!!”

Julianne Hough insist she wasn’t intentionally dissing her friend Mark Ballas on Dancing with the Stars last week. Julianne was a guest judge on the ABC program and in her critique of his performance with Christina Milian said, “I’ve danced with Mark, you have to stand in front to make sure you’re seen.” Many thought Julianne was insulting Mark, and even he thought she was being a “hypocrite,” but she insists she didn’t mean to offend. “I judge the same way I teach so it all comes from love,” Julianne told Us Weekly. “It's not to diss anybody. It's not to hurt anybody's feelings. It's about constructive criticism so that they can get better for next week and that was not a direct attack to anybody."

So then…it unfolded from there." Dean says he never thought LeAnn would cheat on him. "I guess you have that assumption that the person that you're with would never do something like that,” he said. “How close we were, I just never saw it coming." Sheremet has since gotten remarried, tying the knot with photographer Sarah Silver in 2011. "I don't know [if I] dodged a bullet…every relationship you learn from," he said.
