The Carolina Reaper is widely regarded as the world’s hottest pepper. Coming in at around 2.2Mil Scoville units. Apparently the dude in this video, Russel Hawkins loves to vape. He also grows his own chilis too. Here he’s got a freshly ground up bag of Carolina Reapers. This can’t end well.

Vape shops typically offer a wide array of flavors in their e-liquids. Some of them are even a bit spicy. Despite the spicy flavor of some e-liquids, none are known to actually contain any actual peppers. The chemical compound “capsaicin” is what actually makes chili’s hot. It’s a powerful irritant and if it were in any vape e-liquids, it would instantly line the lungs when it’s vaped and would cause a long lasting effect that’s likely really painful.
