Brian Tichy was the drummer for Whitesnake from 2010 to 2013. He’s also played with Ozzy Osbourne and Foreigner, but apparently he’s big into boxing too.

So he posted a video where he uses a speed bag to play along to “Limelight” by Rush . . . and he’s pretty good at it. He also added a speed bag to his drum set, so he can use it when he plays live.
